I've upgraded my dell precision laptop to windows 11. However, when I use the Ubuntu linux installed on the same laptop, the wifi is missing. Having searched on the internet, it seems that the windows 11 enables fast startup for windows, which causes the following error for linux:

Now the linux wifi works again!
